Audience Member it's better than border 1: ghost pain Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member I got kind of lost in the plot, and this segment loses steam. There are some new villains, but they aren't as interesting. It does gives some new facets to Kasuragi as a character, so there's that. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member ZERO out of ten. Features an NTR'ing Major. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Conjuring up another sci-fi animation, Kazuchika Kise keeps at a high level with Ghost in the Shell Arise: Border 3 - Ghost Tears. Linked and continuing on from its predecessors, the storytelling is such that picking up the film and watching it on its own isn't all that difficult. While taking it a little slow in the middle, the film does have a nice pace to it; rich in plot details as needed to get the story across. Lacking just a bit in the action department, it's easy to realize that it takes a back seat in this picture. Visually, this picture is everything to expect from a Japanese anime. The characters have excellent design as do the various settings. Character voices are nicely done with Maaya Sakamoto voicing the popular Motoko Kusanagi. Ghost in the Shell Arise: Border 3 - Ghost Tears melds science fiction, crime drama, and action adventure all into one. Highly recommendable.
