Athlete biography documentaries often fall flat, but they don’t often have a story as compelling as that of Giannis Antetokounmpo. Giannis: The Marvelous Journey does a great job of telling that story, and even non-basketball fans can appreciate it.

The story of Giannis Antetokounmpo is a heartwarming true story from surviving in Greece to his journey to America and the NBA. Giannis and his family are a true inspiration and this documentary really shows their family spirit. He is the definition of Philotimo. Must see documentary.

An honest and surprising documentary about Giannis. The rise of Giannis's basketball career was not all that was shown here. The more I saw, the more I understood why Giannis is beloved in Milwaukee and vice versa. It was heartwarming and refreshing to see his story. I truly loved it and loved the interviews. Good people do exist in this world and Giannis is one of them.
