Audience Member Usually do not leave reviews because as an upcoming screen writer I know how much these reviews may not matter . Also, how tough it can be to read the bad ones . I honestly thought the writing and acting was poor. I can’t believe this was considered a “green light film”. I’m willing to help the network out as a writer, give me a call if you want better content lifetime . I have binders of solicited scripts! This ain’t it! The acting was truly phenomenal and i could not be more proud of these actors. This is a heavy topic to make a movie on and for thay i owe all of the credit to them for making my children happy and overall producing a great quality performance. My favorite song from this movie musical was probably “If you hit me one more time im gonna slice your head off” it really showcased the girls character development throughout the movie. She went from being a helpless victim to a fearless girl boss. When i tell you i snapped my fingers and said slay girl slay i was not lying. The abductor also had amazing acting and singing techniques and even went as far as to show his wonderful dance techniques. My kids even got up halfway through a song to dance with him. No tears even knowing that her 15 year old daughter was being chained and physically and sexually abused by a psychopath. I would be inconsolable knowing my daughter was in pain, terrified, and suffering. And then they send a single cop to a psychopath's house to rescue her instead of SWAT? What took them so long?
