Yardena Arar Associated Press Give My Regards To Broad Street... has two main things going for it: The ever-charming McCartney presence and McCartney s music, old and new But even together, they are not enough to carry a full length feature. Oct 23, 2018 Full Review Stephen Garrett Time Out Token attempt at street cred: if Paul doesn't get the tapes back, he'll be taken over by a sunglasses-wearing business shark. Feb 9, 2006 Full Review Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times Give My Regards to Broad Street is about as close as you can get to a nonmovie, and the parts that do try something are the worst. Rated: 1/4 Oct 23, 2004 Full Review Eddie Harrison film-authority.com …leans into the task of delivering musically, and…doesn’t treat his own material in a piecemeal fashion… Rated: 4/5 Nov 30, 2023 Full Review Paul Grein Billboard It's congenial but dumb, with an inane plot and gaudy visuals linking a series of musical numbers. Mar 24, 2023 Full Review TV Guide The acting here is weaker than the slender story, but intermingled with all the silliness are some fine performances of McCartney-Beatle standards as well as three new songs. Rated: 2/4 Sep 10, 2007 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Quintessential piece of cinema. Many have the opinion that this movie is, "A waste of time," or "Only good for the music." These individuals must have forgotten the scene where Linda has the funny hair on. Or the scenes revealing McCartney's license plate: PM. Or the one where Paul is playing music on the side of the street. Hearing them now, it must be a surprise to you that the film is scored so poorly, and you would be correct. I implore you to watch it for yourself if you still have a twinkle in your heart. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/14/24 Full Review Matt G If you're a McCartney fan, you know that his material has a homespun but accessible feeling. This is no different. Bad story with awesome musical bits mixed in. It's a gem of a McCartney fan service piece that I'll rewatch annually. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/25/23 Full Review Audience Member He's so bad at driving, his boyfriends are dead, he has billions of dollars. BESTMOVIE!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Bruce S I liked it, interesting concept, great new and old music. I can watch it again and again I have the dvd and the cd Paul always gets judged on a higher level, not fair Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/30/22 Full Review Audience Member What Campy fun! How did I miss this back when? Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member There's not much good that can be said about this movie. Sir Paul and friends even redid some older songs very badly. "No More Lonely Nights" is an okay ballad. That's about it. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Read all reviews
