I thought the movie was ok, my son enjoyed it because of the cart racing Overall the story was rushed and the actors needed more direction. I felt like the story was directed or meant to be for adults but was pushed at kids I would loved to have enjoyed the film but sadly It was more of a noise filler

The movie just felt like it didn't know what year it wanted to be in. Riding bikes as kids did in the 70's, 80's clothing the actors are wearing from the 80's early 90's. The cars a mixed from old classics and modern cars. They are using ipads, iPhones, PC's with flat screens running windows 10 and Jack the main character says he is born in 2002 so he would be 15 16, so the year should be in 2016/2017. It was just a bit of a mess just made it hard to watch.

Minha opinião: Um filme de 2019. Comédia de adolescente bem transada. A respeito de uma garoto problemático que encontra no #kart uma forma de extravasar. Encontra um mentor com traumas do passado, mas que aceita o desafio dele competir no Nacional de kart. E claro tem os bons amigos e os maus que sempre ficam infernizando a vida dele. A velha receita de " #footloose ‘ " " #Karatekid " versão #JackieChan E esta a mesma receita. Roteiro: bonzinho Vale apena assistir? Descontrair a cabeça e assistir com as crianças comendo pipoca. Nota: 7,5

An indie production that leads you to a good kid's introspective vision of life, all connected with a go-kart race. Good balance between action, family drama, and some hilarious clips. Good. My rating: 7/10

It was like the Karate Kid but for Go-Karts. Solid story line, no issues with the acting, predictable but still good. It's not an Award winner but it's a good movie you and the kids will certainly enjoy.
