Dec 6 this is a classic, action + gambling + comedy = peak. See more Landon J @Minxsykitty Aug 24 It's really weird to see Chow depicted in this role. A likeable movie, but feels like a wasted potential. I thought the gang had so much swag after they started getting rich haha. Worth a watch I suppose, has some decent moments. See more Leprechaun K @LeprechaunKing Feb 27 The OG that started it all. This paved the way for countless more gambling themed movies to come out of HK. See more william d @acsdoug 07/16/2022 I don't understand why this movie is rated so highly or why it spawned so many sequels, other than a decent ending. RT lists the genre as "action," but I think "comedy" is more appropriate. The trouble is, the humor is very lame. See more 09/05/2019 Chow Yun Fats iconic turn. Limited only by the tech of its time See more 07/03/2014 Somewhat campy or an Asian rip-off of Rain Man but I love it still! Chow Yun-Fat's swag is undeniable. See more Read all reviews
