Inconsistencies and the exhausting length weigh down Gold. But Reema ably pulls the loose threads together in the thrilling climactic match. Go to Full Review

The plot revolves around the first gold medal won by the Independent India hockey team, the movie does its best in trying to veer away from reality whenever it can. I believe the only thing which they stayed true to was, India did undergo partition and we did win the gold but the journey to it as shown in the movie was all hogwash.
