Linda Marric The Jewish Chronicle Unfortunately, Golda glosses over Meir's early formative years in the United States, and also fails to delve into her earlier socialist beliefs which she later all but abandoned, according to her detractors. Rated: 3/5 Nov 12, 2020 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews The film paints a sympathetic portrait of Golda, as it asks her foes to take another look at her. Rated: B Jun 12, 2020 Full Review Chris Knight National Post Students of Israeli history may get something out of this dusty doc, which chronicles the time in office of Golda Meir, the country's fourth Prime Minister. But as a general-interest film it's a bit dry. Rated: 2.5/5 Jan 9, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Lisa O Brilliant, informative, impeccable acting and directing. Must see Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/03/24 Full Review Dana N It seems the movie set Golda in a vaccum- we do not understand anything of her roots, previous life- formative years. So- making abstraction of these other elements which would have helped to understand Golda, the movie is dry. Maybe it is because of the topic. Especially in light of what is going on these days- this movie seems to be a premonition. On the other hand as Golda says- we always when we would be attacked. Still- it does make me question how is the current minister going to pass the test of history. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 10/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews
