It’s hard to think of anything that Golden Voices does really wrong, and yet I don’t find myself extraordinarily moved by it. It’s fairly simple and straightforward in its execution, quiet and occasionally somber without really digging deep.

An Israeli dramedy film about married voiceover artists who are displaced from Russia to Israel where they try to make a life. It is very slow, but if you stick with it, there are moments that are quite funny. The relationship journey between the two leads is fantastic, as is their chemistry. There are a couple tangents that don't particularly work, but when the film is focused on the bumpy road of marriage, it's best. Final Score: 6.6/10

Although the beginning was so slow I almost left the theatre, the second half is riveting. An original, memorable, and well-done movie that is quite worth the ending.
