Will Hay is headmaster of the male equivalent of St Trinians; a new school governor wants to 'change things' and the pupils end up winning a trip to France (by cheating...) and get involved in the theft of the Mona Lisa. The film includes a little bit of a very young Charles Hawtrey and a lot of a very funny Will Hay.
