Great film... The Director Nicola Rose makes brave choices that work. The quirky acting by Lizzie Kehoe is highly engaging. Also, fine performances by Vieljeux, Zhao, Landman and Haddad .

I found a gem with this movie, which had a really great cast with strong writing. The director interspersed the right amount of drama, comedy, and emotion to hit on a lot of different notes. The main thematic elements are quite relatable and executed well. I recommend!

Goodbye, Petrushka plays like the perfect comedy and drama that makes you really feel for Claire as she goes through the dumps of her less than perfect life as a nanny, struggling puppeteer, and her unrequited love for a figure skater. The intimate camerawork and vibrant colors also give this movie a distinct visual style to back up the comedic, emotional, and at times wordless storytelling. This heartfelt movie full of is definitely worth watching and savoring :)
