Oct 16, 2023 Full Review Sarah Manvel Critic's Notebook Shot in a tense but highly controlled style, “Green Night” has an unusual frankness about violence, freedom and personal choices that rises above the normal thriller cliché. It's an outstanding experience. Mar 17, 2023 Full Review Clarence Tsui South China Morning Post While Fan's performance certainly ranks as one of the most rugged in her career, the film itself flounders at every turn, its story weak and its structure unwieldy. Rated: 2.5/5 Mar 7, 2023 Full Review Lee Marshall Screen International Feels more like an exercise in film noir than the real thing, one that forgets a crucial rule of the game – that a cool attitude is no replacement for dramatic tension.
