Jelisije J An excellent biopic of an Englishmen who lived his life as a Native American who lied about his ancestry and was able to bring such vital discussions of the destruction of the Native American Life. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/03/23 Full Review Tammy S I knew nothing about Grey Owl before this movie. I read some of the bad reviews and their reasons why. I think for the last 20 years people have lost their morals and empathy. If you are looking for lots of action, blood, gore and fighting this most likely is not the movie for you. I thought it was a good movie. It is difficult to play through a person's life in 2 hours. The movie contained scenes you needed to read in to but at the end it all made sense. Some see him as an animal activist. That was not my takeaway. It was more than just about Beavers. It was about everything exists for a reason and has a purpose and man messes it up. We still do! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Loved the movie! Gives a glimpse of history and reminds us of what's really important! Grey owl was a man ahead of his time. Would recommend watching Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought this was a very moving movie. Pierce Bronson did a good job. If you know anything about the culture you understand what he did. It's very hard to walk in both worlds, you have to choose. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Don't let your prejudice against Brosnan keep you from this movie. It could have been cast better, but it is a great story. I gave it an extra star to counter the haters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Well written, well directed and with both a thoughtful and thought provoking performance by Pierce Brosnan.
