College students Zana (Pia Zemljic), Alja (Tanja Potocnik) and Simona (Iva Krajnc) decide to take a canoe trip down the Kolpa River, the dividing line between Croatia and Slovenia, just after a woman's body is found there. As the girls test boundaries both political and personal, Zana and Alja discover their sexuality and love for each other -- which disturbs the quiet, conservative Simona.
