A lot longer that the original, with a different cast of actors trying to tell a sequel story, and somehow it also slaps hard. It has a few lulls here and there, which is to be expected from a two hour movie, but it just gets better and better. Also features a young David Hayter, what's not to love?

Awesome film and a huge step up from the original and more in-line with the Manga series of the character and mytho's. David Hayter stands out as the leading man along with the amazing martial arts fight scenes between the guyver and zoanoids, the final fight was very similar to the battle of the two guyvers animated story. Very entertaining film with a darker edge.

Better than the first live action prequel to it.. But still more wretched than a stye. Hollyood has destroyed every single western live action anime movie on purpose. ALL OF THEM.

What Guyver: Dark Hero trades in to great success is brilliantly captured, agile, hard-hitting martial arts choreography which makes these... practical monster suits look awesome, allowing for "man in suit" martial arts that are pretty much unrivaled.

Synopsis
