Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member incredible, grill point is on the half of the stairway from Allende-Höhe to the inner city. best friends of my parents lived there, friendship is transfered to the generation of the kids... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member It's definitely my favourite type of movie! It looks like it has hardly been in the editing room. It's recorded with camera in hand and it looks very real, as if I had filmed it myself. The movie deals with the typical problems when a man (married with a teenage child) falls in love with his best friend's wife (also having children). It is real, emotional and everyone of us recognizes something in it, even if one hasn't been in a similar situation. It's all so obvious and understandable. And certainly not boring. Only 4 people in this entire cast are actors, the rest of the cast are simply playing themselves. Great film! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the best movies made ever about the East German small village tristese after the wall was down. Dresens masterpice par excellence!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Brilliant! Heart-warming, funny and very human. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A rare thing, an improvised and at times really quite funny German film. I saw it about 6 years ago and it's quality still sticks in my mind. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
