Matt R Mar 11 What happens when two strangers, with their own struggles, have a chance encounter that decide their fates? HANDSHAKE is an engaging and interesting character piece. It is kind of a modern western set in Montana. Director and star Robert Shupe pulls off a professional feature film feat on a really low budget.
