04/19/2015 New Concorde direct to video with fairly low production values. It was a shame the arms deal between the Japanese and Russian mafias got in the way of the storylines at the strip club which included a marriage proposal. Did get better as it went. Fight scenes often seem an unfortunate attempt at Jet Li and the cliches do not end with the title.
