Audience Member New Concorde direct to video with fairly low production values. It was a shame the arms deal between the Japanese and Russian mafias got in the way of the storylines at the strip club which included a marriage proposal. Did get better as it went. Tensions mount and trust wanes between the two parties as an undercover police officer is discovered in the ranks. Fight scenes often seem an unfortunate attempt at Jet Li and the cliches do not end with the title.
