Stephen C LOL, the funniest 01 hour: and 16 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/25/22 Full Review Audience Member Funny and original!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member The best comedy movie ever made! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member This film will exceed your expectations, if your expectations for a science fiction film starring the Three Stooges are appropriately low. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Love the giant spider. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member It had been a LONG time since I saw this film and to tell the truth I thought I remembered more than I did. This was the first Stooges feature after their break with Columbia and first film appearance of Curly Jo as the third stooge. They play janitors who accidently get sent to Venus where they meet a talking unicorn and a robot who has conquored the planet and converted most of the inhabitants to energy. So now the robot is lonely and creates copies of the Stooges to keep him company. By no means a great film, weak stooges are better than no stooges and I'm sure is far better than the "new" 3 Stooges movie will be. Enjoyed the Stooges singing (a rarity) and the robot giving them the old triple slap. "Maverick" star Robert Colbert plays a scientist in this with dialogue funnier than a lot of the comedy moments in this film. Guess that's what happens when you don't hire a comedy writer to write a comedy. The writer of this film mostly wrote westerns and "Dr. Kildare" episodes--the perfect writer for the Stooges, right? At least Curly Joe fits in seamlessly and this put the stooges back to work for one last hurrah. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews
