Then the whole tone of the movie just completely shifts and you never get that level of action from it again. It is still action packed though. But most importantly it was a very smile and light chuckle bringing type of movie As an action comedy i loved this movie but I wouldn't watch it 5 more times 7/10 Also loved how John Cena and Idris Alba weren't some crazy good fighting antagonist. O resultado? Um clássico filme de domingo à tarde, perfeito para quem busca ação e comédia descompromissadas. O longa segue a fórmula de Máquina Mortífera ou Bad Boys: uma história genérica, com uma trama que já vimos em dezenas de outros filmes do gênero. Não espere originalidade, mas isso não significa que o filme decepciona. O humor é certeiro, por vezes escrachado, e a dinâmica entre os três protagonistas é o grande destaque, com atuações sólidas que sustentam as cenas de ação e as piadas. No entanto, o roteiro abusa de conveniências. Uma reunião da Otan protegida por apenas cinco guardas? Personagens secundários que surgem só para levar a trama do ponto A ao B? Esses tropeços podem irritar quem busca lógica. Ainda assim, se você desligar o cérebro e embarcar na proposta, vai rir, curtir as sequências de ação e se divertir com a química entre Cena, Elba e Chopra. Não será surpresa se o filme virar franquia, caso faça sucesso. Chefes de Estado não reinventa a roda, mas entrega exatamente o que promete: diversão leve e despretensiosa para um fim de semana sem grandes expectativas. They embark on a journey when their plane crashes and everyone thinks they’re dead. They have great chemistry and bounce off one another well. They carry the film for the most part. The story isn’t anything special and some of the dialogue is ridiculous. The action is fun and feels like a true summer blockbuster, but some of the action is also ridiculous. The CGI looks kind of fake in some parts. But we all know what we’re getting here. I enjoyed this one for what it was, but my expectations stayed quite low. It was funny and action-packed, but I doubt I’d ever see it again. I grew up watching Cena in WWE so I tend to watch all of his films. Give it a shot if you want something lighthearted.
