In the action-comedy Heads of State, UK Prime Minister Sam Clarke (Idris Elba) and U.S. President Will Derringer (John Cena) have a public rivalry that jeopardizes their countries' "special relationship." But when they become targets of a ruthless foreign adversary, they must set aside their differences and begrudgingly rely on each other. After being shot down in Air Force One, Clarke and Derringer are forced to go on a dangerous, multinational run pursued by enemies intent on killing them. With the help of MI6 agent Noel Bisset (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), they must work together to thwart a global conspiracy that threatens the free world.

Stylistically honed while delivering a demonstrative message, there’s moderate amount of adrenaline in the sequential action that modernly updates “My Fellow Americans” with comparably decent laughs from the two well cast leads running on trodden formula – despite couple missed comedic opportunities. Heads of State is a very slapstick movie, easier to compare to Grown Ups than Mission Impossible. While there are daring stunts and comical scenes in this movie, the storyline is very incongruent and senseless. I, personally wouldn’t recommend this movie unless this is the specific category of entertainment that you would enjoy.

Fun, brain dead movie for the masses. Although, instead of seeing one beefy man beat up an army we got a woman beating up an army. Not sure how that works either but whatevs. Its worth a watch if you dont feel like thinking.
