Audience Member Lt Hoffman returns to Thailand to restart an old wartime romance only to be kidnapped by a bitter American soldier he had court martialed during the war. Bingo's obsession with his former commanding officer is a bit over the top considering he escaped punishment and made good as a drug dealer. Star Richard Hatch and a handful of recognizable character actors do little to lift this action thriller.
