Justin C Bad acting, dumb story line, and boring scenes with generic dialogue. The first 45 minutes felt like 3 hours. Nice try, but this one ranks among the worst movies I’ve seen with no redeemable qualities. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 06/29/24 Full Review Cindy W Terrible movie! I am a caregiver for developmentally disabled individuals. This movie highly insults caregivers. The girl interviews caregivers to work for Frank who has torettes syndrome and everyone who interviews for the job is incompetent. The people include a paedophile, a female sex fiend and drug addicts ect. Maybe that was supposed to be funny but it was just insulting. There are many very good people who work as caregivers and the movie implies caregivers are all incompetent loosers. Also the movie insults people who respond to the disabled man like the man in the park who punches him again not funny. In reality someone looking for caregiver services would go through an agency that knows how to help the man. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member It was a great story. Beautifully filmed. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Me and my wife rented this movie expecting a heart warming comedy about the title character and the struggles he goes through. What we got instead was a teen movie with Frank (the title character, being pushed to the background as a comedy relief while the movie focuses on it's unlikable characters and starting multiple sub plots and character arcs that never get resolved. I was yelling in rage at the ending. This movie had so much potential to delve into the life of someone with a disorder and to explore what it's like to live the way he does. instead the movie barely touched on dealing with tourettes (and not in a very accurate manner.) Very disappointed in the film. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Hello, My Name is Frank... is an unexpectedly charming little comedy that features endearing characters who are well performed by the ensemble cast. Funny and sensitively written and directed, this is a solid entry into the coming-of-age genre. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Dale P Great film... really enjoyed the entire movie!
