Joe Lipsett Anatomy of a Scream Podcast Network Halfway successful. The first half of the film is much better than the messy back half, but Henry Cavill has great screen presence in an early role. The twist still doesn't make a lick of sense, though. Rated: 2.5/5 Sep 17, 2025 Full Review Patrick Cavanaugh The Wolfman Cometh About as horrible as you'd expect a terrible script getting slapped with the "Hellraiser" title arbitrarily might be. Rated: 1/5 Sep 11, 2025 Full Review Tim Brayton Alternate Ending It is exhausted, the most going-through-the-motions exercise that one could possibly imagine. Rated: 1/5 Aug 1, 2022 Full Review Mike Massie Gone With The Twins Far removed from what the other films established and designed. Rated: 4/10 Sep 29, 2020 Full Review David Nusair Reel Film Reviews ...moronic... Rated: 1/4 Dec 24, 2005 Full Review Walter Chaw Film Freak Central The weakest kind of equivocal garbage. Craig W. I actually kind of liked this movie Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/25/25 Full Review thiago s Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas de terror são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/15/25 Full Review Jude H. No just no. No no no. When you think the Hellraiser movies cant get worse. Hellraiser hellworld comes out and is possibly one of the worst movies out there. Pinhead has about 15 mins of screen time. And you can just tell he dosent even belong in his own movie just no i have nothing this is just awful Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/12/25 Full Review Justin T The visions and dreams are back yet again, the films were better without them. This film takes that to a whole new level though making it a core concept. There is a noticeable step down in quality compared to the previous film which is strange as it was shot in tandem with the previous film using a lot of the same team. It has something in common with Saw (2004). It plays more like a bad slasher than a Hellraiser film. There's nothing clever or interesting about this film, it's just a below average slasher. It has so much exposition towards the end that it becomes tedious. Also the actual ending was objectively bad. If you forced me to decide my least favourite of the series so far I'd just about pick Hellraiser: Hellseeker (2002) over this one as the worst. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 06/23/25 Full Review Eric G Solid crappy acting from Anna Tolputt and Khary Payton. The plot WAS decent until the twist where it was all a drug induced hypnosis, which made no sense. And from there it was just more nonsensical garbage leaving the audience to wonder what was real and what was not. And, most unfortunate, it was not very scary. At least the cenobites actually did things, unlike most of the other sequels (V not included). And they kept saying, "Adam was right." Yet never explained what he was right about. Pretty bad film. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 05/22/25 Full Review Adam B Definitely the least Hellraiser movie in this entire franchise by far, this movie uses the mythology almost as a backdrop rather then being about it. In a generic mid-2000s slasher, a killer that has nothing to do with the Cenobites does some killing. For those who enjoy those types would find this much more fun then the other direct to video sequels of this series. Those looking for that serious, dark, fantastical Hellraiser feel will be, once again, disappointed. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 04/10/25 Full Review Read all reviews
