Though there's not a whole lot of plot here, Ebeltoft makes a virtue of writing economy, and director Rod Blackhurt maintains considerable interest as well as a consistent low hum of tension. Go to Full Review

Given the familiarity of its premise - a handful of survivors brave the aftermath of a deadly, rage-inducing virus - "Here Alone" is unexpectedly engaging. Go to Full Review

The plot of Here Alone is straightforward, meaning that it is easy to figure out where things are heading. However, the characters are quite realistic, and the setting is perfectly realized. Go to Full Review

As the flashbacks are dribbled out right up until the final scenes, we are asked to project ourselves back into behavior and decisions made by Ann as a result of her obvious trauma. The problem is that no such convergence exists. Go to Full Review

Sean R. @ZeroXero Oct 17 A decent little post-apocalyptic movie. Kept me entertained and very good acting but unexpectedly so. They didn't overact, which is very often the case in these types of movies. See more Emilliano Jr S @emill_santos 10/16/2024 It may be decent, but the slow pacing makes it boring. See more Matthew B 10/08/2024 Decently put together film with a fairly tense atmosphere, but has no real substance... at least not as much as the film would like you to believe. Still, the acting is good and the zombies are somewhat unique / scary. Worth a watch so long as you don't set your expectations too high. See more Carlos M 04/14/2024 Good post-apo movie.
