It's clear that director Milani is more concerned with the emotion of the story than with its politics, which is as it should be. But the emotion often aims too high and resonates too loudly and too forced, like a 1950s Rock Hudson melodrama. Go to Full Review

05/03/2011 An interesting story and strong performances make this film fairly enjoyable, despite it's extreme ridiculousness at some points. This melodramatic music just seems to follow one of the main characters around, and I couldn't help but laugh every time it happened. One may think of "the blind men and the elephant".
