Peter K @Vacadoug Jun 22 Not a perfect production but well-done in bringing a topic like this a platform for public debate. Unfortunately, bullying in schools is a problem that should be be visited by both family and educators; especially in middle and high schools. Here's where cinema can show a contrast between participants and how they can be addressed. For this reason alone must say that this film is definitely worth a watch. See more Luki S 12/15/2024 I would ignore the other bad reviews and give it a shot. It's not a perfect film by any stretch, but strong characters, a strong story. It's a very emotive film. I disagree with people who say it's "stereotypical" or "unrealistic for the modern day" It's a film, it's not supposed to be realistic. It's not realistic that you can get bitten by a spider and start climbing walls all of a sudden but nobody calls spiderman unrealistic. Homophobia like this still exists in the modern world and the actors and story portrays that very well.
