Entranced by pretty Daisy Maxwell (Dorothy Lee), a clerk at a cosmetic company, street vendors Andy Williams (Bert Wheeler) and Dr. Bob Dudley (Robert Woolsey) convince her that they are in the same business and can help her. Daisy persuades her boss, Miss Frisby (Thelma Todd), to meet the duo, who scam to procure a lavish office. Secretly near bankrupt, the impressed Miss Frisby agrees to a merger, hoping to save her business -- just as Andy and Bob are exposed and charged with a major crime.
