Audience Member Arguably quite average for Chaplin, it's an enjoyable enough story with some moments that wouldn't be deemed politically correct nowadays. Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Charlie and co have a lot of slapstick fun along the pier. There are a couple of funny scenes that show the little tramp to have little scruples when it comes to looking after himself, in a similar vein to him famously stealing food from a baby in The Circus.
