Hocus Pocus 2 made me laugh, often uncontrollably, and it made me misty-eyed by the end. That’s all I ask from films like it, and I can’t wait to see it again with my friends. Preferably in costume, with candy, and then again every year afterward.

The Hocus Pocus 2 is an absolutely amazing sequel that focused on the sisters' characters development especially in the modern world. F everyone who says otherwise. As a fan of this since the first movie, since i was young, my inner child is happy. Better than those romance movies that gets way more reviews but horrible. So yall bad reviews dont matter. Yall deserve netflix quality for all i care. PS. All actors did well especially the younger sanderson sisters.

I wouldn’t waste your time. The movie takes the original and pretty much replicates it, except no real connection to the first one. If you want to watch a movie about witches, watch the first one, not the second. The modern day witch theme just doesn’t work. It was much better in the 90s.

Does not do the original justice. The original was REALLY funny, and it was very DARK, scary, and sexy. The tone of this feels akin to a buddy cop movie. As a lover of the original I don’t really understand the choices. I watched the original when I was 8 and I was obsessed! I felt like they watered this down for a loose idea of what they think a pampered tween audience would like, which I don’t think was successful.
