Hocus Pocus 2 made me laugh, often uncontrollably, and it made me misty-eyed by the end. That’s all I ask from films like it, and I can’t wait to see it again with my friends. Preferably in costume, with candy, and then again every year afterward.

Let’s be honest did it beat the Original absolutely not. I have waited long enough for a second movie they had a great cast it was awesome seeing The Sanderson sisters back in action and they left the story open to be continued. They are witches who know they can always come back. Not a perfect movie but enjoyable.

It’s a perfectly fun reboot but a lot of the jokes are just reused from the first, the story struggles to keep up with the original. However I will give total credit for capturing the right vibe and everyone involved knows what the are making and are loving it.
