After a hive-minded alien race called the Boov conquer the Earth, they relocate the planet's human population -- all except for a little girl named Tip (Rihanna), who's managed to hide from the aliens. When Tip meets a fugitive Boov called Oh (Jim Parsons), there's mutual distrust. However, Oh is not like his comrades; he craves friendship and fun. As their distrust fades, the pair set out together to find Tip's mother, but, unbeknown to them, the Gorg -- enemies of the Boov -- are en route.

Regular película, una cinta que funciona mas que nada con los mas chicos. La película es entretenida y se te pasa volando, pero su historia me parece algo simple y creo que lo único bueno que tiene es su mensaje. Sin embargo, creo que va demasiado acelerada y podría haberse tomado mas tiempo para presentarnos mas a los personajes. La trama como ya dije es simple, no se encarga de desarrollar mucho a estos alienígenas y solo se centra en el protagonista, algo que no me gusto ya que hubiera estado bueno ver un poco mas de esta raza y su relacion con los humanos y con los Gorg. El humor presentado tampoco me funciono, creo que a los mas chicos les puede causar muchas risas, pero a mi solo me dio gracia unos pocos momentos. Por otro lado, la animación me parece de primer nivel, de lo mejor de la película ya que es excelente y mantiene la calidad presentada por el estudio. También me gustaría destacar la banda sonora, con algunos temas geniales muy conocidos que complementan muy bien con el tono de la cinta. En conclusión, una regular película que me parece de las mas flojas del estudio por la calidad de su historia y humor, pero que creo que a los mas chicos le va a gustar mucho y les va a funcionar mas. La recomiendo.

It's alright of a movie, some parts was emotional. Story is simple and not complex, but I guess the alien invasion trope was used so many times that I already knew how the story is about to go and how it ends.
