The movie is sly and entertaining, but it could have been better. Still, it has its charms, and one is certainly the presence of Willie Nelson himself. Go to Full Review

CodyZamboni Z @CodyZamboni 12/14/2024 Movie has nice, easy going, country feel, Captures the spirit of country music, and the atmosphere of the concert tour crowd, Anchored by pleasant performances by the leads. Some silliness at the end is not needed. See more Dave W @Buffalo1979 02/15/2023 Rotten tomatoes is not very reputable. In the very description of this movie they get it wrong. Slim Pickens character Garlands daughter is Bucks wife, not his mistress. See more ashley h @ashleyhobgood87 04/11/2020 Honeysuckle Rose is an okay film. It is about a country singer who is on the road and caught in a romantic triangle. Willie Nelson and Dylan Cannon give decent performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Jerry Schatzberg did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the music and romance. See more 01/05/2020 CLASSIC WILLIE! I love this movie. So many stars in this...
