Audience Member In this one we see how Hornblower is able to earn the respect and support of his crew. Also, he tangles with a challenge of a different sort...how to mingle in society when he and a Duchess he is transporting are held by the Spanish. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member More leadership challenges from his surly crew while in Spanish captivity. Of course only true courage, honour and integrity prevail. Another excellent installment in the Hornblower series. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member i liked this entry of hornblower alot, as horatio and his crew are captured and jailed while transporting a duchess to england, who isn't who she seems. i thought this one was very interesting for two reasons, both having to do with hornblower himself. firstly, it's really neat to see how the enemy regards horatio in almost an envy of his abilities, and secondly, his interaction with the duchess and simple flirtations are something we haven't seen from this stoic all business character. really good stuff from star ioan gruffudd. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Awesome series of films. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member I love Hornblower, very gallant, romatic action packed Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member I like seeing Horatio on land. The Duchess makes this episode very interesting, and I love Kennedy in this one. (Viewed 19 March 2009) Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
