Jeff S Fun Western offers some light-hearted humor and a bit of mild romance. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/12/24 Full Review Audience Member 150325: Been down this Holt & Martin (Rafferty) path before and have never really caught on. On a positive note, it's not too long. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Passable Tim Holt B-western about some cowboys who set out to capture some train robbers. Tim Holt plays a character named Tim Holt (kind of like Jackie Chan always playing characters named "Jackie"). Tim Holt is an actor I've always kind of been fascinated by. He turned in some strikingly good performances in classics like "The Magnificent Ambersons" and "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" but he spent a majority of his career in B-westerns. I've always wondered if this was by choice or by happenstance. His characters were never as rich as those in Ambersons or Treasure, but he reliably turned in strong performance in this low budget westerns. I think Holt is an actor who I might start getting obsessed with like Heddy Lamar and star watching all of his films. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
