Michael D This movie is a total disaster. It starts by desperately trying to be the next Expendables, but fails spectacularly. For the first half an hour, you’re subjected to a dumb plot, cringe-worthy dialogue, and abysmal acting. The technical aspects only add to the chaos. The audio mix is inconsistent—guns roar like cannons in one scene and then fade to a whisper in the next. Overall, the sound design is flat, which drains any excitement from the action. The generic soundtrack doesn’t help either; it’s so forgettable it might as well not exist. Visually, the scenery is the film’s one saving grace. The landscapes are stunning, though it feels like they belong in a tourism commercial rather than this messy production. La sceneggiatura è scadente e il rapimento del Presidente degli USA probabilmente è l'evento più sfruttato in assoluto in film del genere. Anche i personaggi sono poco sviluppati e la maggior parte degli attori offre delle performance di basso livello. Anche le sequenze di azione sono piuttosto pessime e senza nulla di interessante. Resta quantomeno Frank Grillo che si sta ritagliando un ruolo di spicco nei film del genere.
