House Of 1000 Corpses Rob Zombie's First directorial debut, had a lot of problems after the filming was complete. The ending was originally much different other than that not much is known beyond that. The film went to 2 different publishers before landing at Lions Gate. Universal Originally was very excited to work with Rob Zombie on his first film but after viewing it, the Heads in their eiffel tower kicked Rob Zombie and his film out the door. Rob would end up at another publisher and then finally Lions Gate. The film is about a Group of Looky loos who venture out in the world to find creepy places to film and happens upon a Gas station run by Captain Spaulding a Bobs your uncle Geezer played by the Legendary Sid Haig. What was supposed to be a Haunted good time turned into their worst Nightmare. Witness the first of the Firefly Trilogy, This was Rob's First outting and he hit a home run but it took a few years as it was panned across the board when it first released but is NOW known as a Cult Classic.

I’m giving this five stars because I found this movie very entertaining I’ve been a big fan of Rob Zombie’s music for years and one day I said I’m gonna give his movies a watch and it definitely didn’t disappoint me definitely one of my top favorites.

It's creepy, tense, full of gore, perverted and yet funny, amusing and playful. The ending is hellish, the direction and photography are creative and it's has great references to "Horror Picture Show" and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". The movie is incredible. I do really recommend Unfortunately, it's hard to take note of all characters though
