Logan D Oct 23 The sole survivor of an occult ritual gone wrong (Lyndsay Craine), she is taking into custody by the police. At the station, heroes are made of cops and criminals as the creatures summoned begin to converge on the building. Hidden Gem! My wife says I'm getting to artsy fartsy and that is to an extent true. But we often find films that resonate with both of us and this kickstarter funded film is such an example. It's not highbrow but it's a blast to view. It's a gory and affectionate homage to 80s horror and Lovecraft via The Thing as well. Practical effects are the star. Nowhere near the level of Winston or Baker they're still nice to see.
