It is what it is and Dieter Laser seems to be having a ball playing this role. So you may as well sit through it and take a shot whenever it becomes gross and disturbing.

This movie is absolutely horrifying and unusual. As disturbing as it is, I definitely recommend everyone to watch this series at least once in their lives -- it definitely builds character.
