This is an extremely well directed film that has already won some B movie awards, and once again it cements the reputation of the Baltimore area as the place where all the most interesting low-budget work is happening these days.

I remember being impressed by this film. It's a nice change of pace from the usual serial killer flicks, and the script, which was pretty good, would've been better served by a more artful production. Two serial killers battle wits.
