Based on a true story, a couple's adulterous affair leads to an unexpected pregnancy. They leave their spouses to begin a new life together, but their daughter, Katelyn, is born with a birth defect. While her dad believes Katelyn's condition is God’s punishment for the affair, Katelyn, with only one fully developed arm, defies all odds with an incredible gift for softball. "I Can" is a story about Katelyn overcoming adversity, and her dad eventually finding genuine forgiveness.

Stephanie Myers Common Sense Media But, that said, I Can doesn't really have much character development, and it moves rather quickly, ultimately feeling like it's more about Eric and his issues than Katelyn. Rated: 3/5 Sep 26, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Kevin A Some very good acting with blunt and true messages of God not punishing us through our children and their birth. He has a purpose and makes NO mistakes in how we are born. A very moving true story! Thank you! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/18/23 Full Review phil Bad acting and script. Choppy story line Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/30/23 Full Review SoftballMom99 Zero stars if I could. If you want to pay to fall asleep or get a lecture in the Bible then this is the movie to see. I should have done more research before paying to see this cheeseball movie. I thought it was about a girl playing softball vs her parents struggle with their life choices. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/29/23 Full Review Courtney I think it had a great message. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/24/23 Full Review Caleb Awesome story of courage and God using our challenges for His glory! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/24/23 Full Review Jack L The movie was very well made and spoke to the heart.
