Edith B This was a super fun and sweet movie! Uplifting and inspiring! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/10/24 Full Review LISA S A sweet, serious, and charming film on finding oneself. Diane Ladd, Danielle Brooks and Eden Brolin are teriffic. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/08/24 Full Review rickie t I felt a connection to all of these characters. Also beautifully filmed with a wonderful sense of place Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/02/24 Full Review Sydnie G It's a wonderful story, beautifully created by Katies Cokinos. It's images of a small time are so fabulous and although it's contemporary, has a nod to old world romance and poetry. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/02/24 Full Review Audience Member Beautiful exteriors, good soundtrack, vocals (Danielle Brooks) and Diane Ladd make this movie worth the watch. It is slow moving, with a predictable path and an abrupt ending which is why I have rated the movie with 3 not 4 stars. Millennial ennui (what to do after college graduation) is not a riveting topic for a movie, which is why I wish Diane Ladd had been given more screen time. The best dialogue has been given to Diane Ladd or maybe it is her ability to make ordinary words shimmer. The other characters are somewhat sketched out, but not unlikeable. I can see this movie more effective as a stage play. However, watch it for Diane Ladd and you will not feel that your time has been wasted. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member very enjoyable and watchable.lead characters are the strongest asset in this movie.
