Big rig ice road driver Mike McCann (Liam Neeson) travels to Nepal to scatter his late brother's ashes on Mt. Everest. For being an ostensible sequel, “Ice Road: Vengeance” features zero ice roads. In fact, writer-director Jonathan Hensleigh’s follow-up barely stands apart from any of the other baker’s dozen punch-em-ups Neeson has led in the last decade.

Of Liam Neeson's many generic action movies, "Ice Road" was an odd pick for a sequel. Tack on the most generic subtitle of all-time, and this had all the hallmarks for a disaster. And... yeah, it pretty much was. The fight choreography is sloppy. The script feels like a first draft. And the timing of events makes no sense, moments where the bad guys should be right there, but since the camera doesn't show them, they just don't exist. The movie isn't a complete trainwreck, but it’s still a nasty car crash.

It wasn't Liam's best, but still entertaining. The 1st Iceroad was 100% better then this movie. If you're going to name your movie Iceroad vengeance, then it should have had some Iceroads in it. Worth a watch, but nothing to brag about.

This is the stupidest movie I have seen in the past decade. Had to stop watching hlfway into the movie as my brain couldn't handle the cringe. Also, signed up rotten tomatoes just to save others from this garbage.
