Alexandra H This is an engaging and emotionally moving story about America today. It includes people from many backgrounds who come together in unexpected ways. Well-acted, scripted, and beautifully put together. If you want to understand what is going on in America today, I highly recommend it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/17/24 Full Review Audience Member It's a beautifully told story of 4 people's life's touching in places. It really is a good reflection of current society with its current issues. "Did you go and vote?" It tries to paint a balanced picture of all people involved. You don't feel like one or the other is worse than the other. You feel compassion for the right wing red neck as well as for the discriminated deeply depressed father. The musician is I think God in this movie. God speaks to us through people. If you think this is a religious movie you are both right and wrong. It is much deeper than that. There are the religious fanatics who don't get much credit but they represent the majority of how people think. The well off and successful people representing the American establishment. On the side lines the people who struggle in the extremes. All of the minorities. We should all feel compassionate about them. That's what the movie wants to teach us. At least it's what I think. Give me them toiling masses, unite ! PS. the music is ace! And the performance of the musician is absolutely brilliant! Who is this musician?
