It also annoyed me that they kept dropping perfectly good weapons and leaving them behind for no reason. "Infection" contains all the perks of a typical zombie flick. Despite its predictable storyline, the movie does a great job in its social commentary as it flags the fragilities and oppressions of the country's regime (led by Nicolás Maduro). Where someone is looking for a loved one and must fight their way through zombies. But the other aspect it's a social commentary on the unrest in Venezuela.
