Audience Member Excellent movie...perfect casting. Although the humor is dry i did laugh out loud several times. The delivery is so good. "Who is this?" "I'll ask the questions" "I wonder who this is..." I really cant say enough about this movie. Every scene was great. The suicide scene was done so tastfully and wasnt trying to make it seem funny which I appreciated a lot. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review nefasto r As a comedy is not particularly funny, but the strangeness and the direction make up for it. What I loved the most, in truth, is the amazing cast of character actors: each one of them as quirky and humans as they come. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member dry, Wry, sardonic, subversive and very, very funny!! almost feels like a lark of a project put on by friends, as a result of ideas born during a drinking binge, but to very good effect. indie film making in rare form. I loved it! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Really gets you thinking. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review anthony b If David Lynch and Jim Jarmusch had a baby it would be an infinity baby. This movie is, for better or worse, odd and teeters on a fine line between annoying and amusing. Infinity Baby isn't great or at least not as great as the filmmakers think it is, but that is mainly because they did not have the budget to take full advantage of a premise so inventive it truly made me (someone who wants to be a screenwriter) jealous. Also, none of the cast is wasted which is refreshing to see in an indie, especially one featuring Kevin Corrigan (Slums Of Beverly Hills, Grounded For Life, etc.) who is one of my favorite actors. Oh and the choice to make the film black and white made sense here, which is also a rarity in indies, especially those made nowadays that contain crazy shit that's never justified because it's easier to call art ambiguous than admit "cool" is all you were going for. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member If it makes leftists’ heads explode I stand firmly up its ass. Perfect example of their sheer vapid stupidity. Eric Kohn indieWire If any of that sounds appealing to you, trust us: "Infinity Baby" hits its modern targets with plenty of bite, not unlike the way Mike Judge's "Idiocracy" did a decade ago. Dec 29, 2017 Full Review Gayle MacDonald Globe and Mail Tukel's screenplay has some clever quips, but the total lack of emotional depth in any of the characters (well, except the women) means there's nothing redemptive in the people ... Rated: 2/4 Nov 10, 2017 Full Review Josh Kupecki Austin Chronicle It's an extremely funny and caustic film, but when it tempers that with moments of humanity, that is where the film shines. Rated: 3/5 Sep 14, 2017 Full Review Nathan Mattise Ars Technica Infinity Baby essentially works best as a character study for the type of over-the-top blowhard normally thrown into a supporting role, as if Silicon Valley's Erlich Bachman or Community's Pierce got to star in a perverse sitcom. Jul 27, 2021 Full Review Brent McKnight The Last Thing I See "Infinity Baby" leaves the sensation remains of something partial, like an outline never filled in or a rough draft no one ever got back to. Rated: D Jul 1, 2020 Full Review Kieran McLoone Cultured Vultures While it doesn't succeed on all fronts, Infinity Baby is a worthy effort at exploring the overwhelming fear of having to grow up.
