07/06/2022 I tuned into this movie when I was channel surfing. I was intrigued by the premise of what happens if there's a major blackout that brings civilization to its knees. I noted the dynamics of the relationship between the sisters and in the end I just didn't get it. The older sister, the dancer, is mentally disturbed. In their situation, is it really a good idea to use your last 4 gallons of gasoline using the generator so you can dance to music? SPOILER: I found the ending completely unrealistic. She just had her baby. Then they decide to burn down the house and go live in a tree because there is black mold in the house that grew in the few days they were away. There is so much they could have done differently. They don't take anything useful from the house. Did they ever stop to consider that there's just as great a possibility that there's black MOLD IN THE TREE TOO? I ended up yelling at the TV because the ending was so stupid.
