Christy Lemire RogerEbert.com The best thing about “Invader” is that it’s short. But for much of its 69-minute runtime, it is thoroughly unpleasant, which makes it feel much longer. Rated: 1.5/4 Feb 21, 2025 Full Review Richard Roeper Chicago Sun-Times Writer-director Keating knows how to deliver the goods in lean fashion, with “Invader” clocking in at just 70 minutes and ending on a fantastically creepy note of utter dread. Rated: 3/4 Nov 13, 2024 Full Review Richard Whittaker Austin Chronicle At a raw and rare 70 minutes, Invader is Keating challenging himself to deliver the leanest, sparest home invasion imaginable. Rated: 3/5 Nov 13, 2024 Full Review Nick Bythrow Screen Rant Despite a taut story and intense atmosphere, Invader doesn't offer much interesting commentary nor memorable characters to round out its tension. Rated: 4/10 Mar 28, 2025 Full Review Mike McGranaghan Aisle Seat For whatever the movie lacks in traditional structure, it more than makes up for in suspense. Rated: 3/4 Mar 26, 2025 Full Review Daniel Gorman In Review Online [Invader is] so small-scaled, and so aggressively frenetic, that it succeeds in its much more modest aims. Clocking in at barely 70 minutes, it’s a brisk, merciless exercise, not so much a narrative film as a sensory experience. Feb 28, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Joe r I could only make it 10 minutes so not sure how the actual story goes the rest of the way. My audience all voted to turn it off because of the horrible filming “style.” Too much jerkiness and shaking made it a tough one to get through. One guest said they’re getting dizzy another said they might puke! Could have been worth watching if it had a normal camera viewing. They should have at least had a warning before it started that it could cause seizures… Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/25 Full Review Jana C If I could change the name of the movie I would name it .All the stupid things you shouldn’t do when a killer is after you . It left me with the question of why this movie has so many good reviews?Nothing made sense ,a killer that got shot and bleeds like a gallon of blood but is still alive to ran away ? Pure garbage . Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/25 Full Review Gilang P -director Keating knows how to deliver the goods in lean fashion, with “Invader” clocking in at just 70 minutes and ending on a fantastically creepy note of utter dread Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/27/25 Full Review guide l Shaky cam from have foot away. Feels like a half baked shot for 3k student film. So bad on so many levels. The 99% fresh is hilarious. 99% rotten and dysmal. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/26/25 Full Review Bunga S Please watch!
