As for the actual grand finale, Downey Jr. and Cheadle seem like they're already network gaming the PS3 release instead of facing any actual threat, and Rourke goes out like a chump.

The action is the best in the trilogy, with War Machine being a welcome addition to everything. The villain isn't perfect, but also definitely the best in the trilogy. The biggest issue is that the characters are overall pretty annoying, especially Stark himself. The biggest issue you can make in your superhero movie is to make audiences dislike your superhero.
