Natalie is a New York architect who works hard to get noticed at her job, but is more likely to deliver coffee and bagels than design the city's next skyscraper. Rebel Wilson takes center stage in her first real lead role in Isn’t It Romantic, a charming (some may say “beguiling”), sometimes quite clever, and ultimately pointless comedy because of its lack of conviction in seeing its message all the way through.

I'm not usually a rom-com fan but this one is funny because of Rebel Wilson, it's really fun. Wish they chose someone other than Adam DeVine, (he's so irritating) but the screenplay and acting is good, this is a worthwhile movie.

I watched it with my teenage daughter and it was so fun, from start to finish. I'm not a big rom com fan, but this movie subverts the genre, which then allows it to take all the tropes WAY over the top in an enjoyable way. It's also able to sneak genuine feeling in through the side door. I didn't expect like this as much as I did. Rebel Wilson is a delight.
