This is THE best zombi movie ever made! My sister and I watched it together. I don't even particularly like zombie flicks but this one was a riot! Had my adult ADHD attention from start to finish! My usually chatty "talks through the movie" sister Cathy actually watched it QUIETLY!! Except when were both cracking up! It's clever, imaginative, very entertaining and different . If you're looking for something scary, this isn't your movie. If you want to see a really good movie for a change, give it a go!

A zombie tirelessly chases a woman across the desert. But halfway the journey the unexpected happens: Molly develops an emotional bond with her chaser. She also goes through a self-introspection on her choices in life, especially the ones concerning motherhood. An unusual and refreshing approach to the zombie horror genre!

The world's ending and you're stuck in the middle of the dessert with a zombie hot on your trail. What do you do? Make him carry your bags, of course. Brittany Allen ("Smalls" deserves a nod, too) keeps this already great film alive until the every end.

it had me going for a little while, but the zombie's facial prosthetics were painfully cliche despite there being some otherwise decent makeup/costume work in the piece. they should have just made the guy look sick, not spirit gummed fake cheekbones and crap onto him. it looks like an expensive halloween costume. i was willing to deal with that for a certain amount of time but i have to agree that this long, out of place, extended, and graphic rape scene was completely unnecessary. a real writer/director can imply this kind of danger or trauma without such pointlessly graphic displays, and if this is supposedly a feminist film, it would not have made such a spectacle.

Zombie apocalypse. Two people doing a runner through the desert. One zombie. Pretty soon it's her vs Zombie. It's a nicely handled mostly two hander with some nice moments of dry humour. It tries to do something new to the zombie flick. It doesn't always work and gets confused after the hour mark, but you should appreciate the effort.
