Audience Member It is a feel-good movie, but doesn't take up to par from its emotional imbalances and over-long skits. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Full with Comedic Performances from Sarah and John Lloyd, It Takes A Man and A Woman is a good conclusion to the franchise (conclusion? May Part 4 pa ba?) that Filipinos loved Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Sarah has undeniable charm which ultimately saves the movie from its formulaic plot and corny "romantic" & "comedic" scenes/fillers. I still have enjoyed it despite of its flaws and eye-rolling cheesiness mainly because JLC & SG tandem works. the best part of the movie are the bloopers :) Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Sarah G's crazy foreign accent is so hilarious Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I am Filipino and I cannot believe that people would pay theater admission to watch this movie. The acting is not what "movie" goers should pay for. I would suggest to wait for DVD rental instead. I was disappointed, but not surprised. I've never been impressed by Filipino actors/actresses. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member As a Filipino, It Takes A Man And A Woman is among the movies which can make you say your ticket is worth it. Negative criticism? Please try to look at the cinema lines. Predictable? Yes. We Filipinos are such happy people who wants a happy ending for everyone not some ending you'd want to throw your popcorn to. In behalf of all those who watched the movie, I would like to say that the movie is awesome. Sure, they 'recycled' scenes from the prequels. Well, what movie doesn't? But, hey, look at how the movie turns out. Quite intriguing isn't it how they will work until the end? Being someone BITTER, the movie is surefire challenging. That the movie wanna makes us believe in love again. I urge you to watch again the movie, dear critics. Maybe what you is in the shallow part, the depths of the movie is yet to be discovered and appreciated. It Takes A Man And A Woman maybe not a movie to die for, but it's a movie to be definitely watched out for. Try to be Filipino, and you'll see what we have been telling you.
